Adds 9 ships that fit the starter budget on builder difficulty, 4 of which fit on architect.
The list of ships:
– Model-FTDC a starter ship with a deck cannon
– Model-FTF a starter ship with a flak battery
– Model-FTIC a starter ship with an ion beam and a targeting prism
– Model-FTM a starter ship with two missile racks
– Model-FTR a starter ship with a railgun
– Model-FTFB a budget version of the Model-FTF, can be used as a starter on architect difficulty
– Model-FTI a starter ship with an ion beam, can be used as a starter on architect difficulty
– Model-FTMB a budget version of the Model-FTM with only one missile rack, can be used as a starter on architect difficulty
– Model-FTML a starter ship with a mining laser, can be used as a starter on architect difficulty
