Hi, Every! One!
this is my first mod! Ever! Mr. King in binds, he is from Limbus Company : Railway 4 Masquerade. This took me a year! to make!!!!

– Sovereign ;
This character starts out without burst and gains an additional 5000 Health points.

– Chair Bound ;
Their movement is limited to Chair scoots, which replaces air options, you gain chair scoots by winning "clashes"(Neutrals) or losing.

– Binds ;
Kings armor is dependent on the number below the binds effect they have.

If the number is negative, they are vulnerable to be hit in full.
The lower the number, the more hits before the armor returns.

When the number is at 0, king will gain persistent armor, but all moves will hit-cancel if possible, and will stutter (delay) king’s actions.

If the number is ever higher than 0, then king will have armor that will bypass hit-cancels.

– Sinking ;
Sinking is a status effect with a potency and a count, and it defines king’s advantage in fights.

Sinking is applied when hitting the opponent with most moves (some apply on block also).

The more Sinking potency an opponent has, the more block advantage you gain.
* 2+ potency > +1 block advantage
* 4+ potency > +2 block advantage
* 7+ potency > +3 block advantage
* 10+ potency > +4 block advantage

Sinking count will be counted down once per attack the opponent blocks.
Reaching zero will clear all sinking.

Sinking will also slowly pull the opponent towards king, getting stronger the more sinking potency one has.

– Stagger Bar/Posture ;
You start off with 1 yellow bar over your health, when getting damaged enough, you will enter a staggered state which will give the opponent free THREE free actions, while staggered you take considerably more damage, once staggered the bar will reset back to the end of the health bar.

You can get your stagger bar increased by getting hit by a grab, if you also use grab, the stagger bar won’t be raised as much.

While staggered, if the opponent somehow manages to stagger you again, the stagger will convert into Stagger+ which will give the opponent an extra turn, but this basically means death.

– Egg ;
he turn into egg when dead.
