Your republic has long since passed the millennium mark, and you’re still building 50-year-old houses? Or is there simply a housing shortage? Or has capitalism taken over the republic? Then prepare your yards with parking. I present to you a new development from the 2010s – the "Taganay" residential building series. Based on the 97th series of buildings, it has been significantly redesigned for modern needs: there are 5 apartments per floor, including 2 studios, 2 two-bedroom apartments, and 1 one-bedroom apartment. It also features a through entrance, a higher number of floors, and a concierge. This layout allows for a large number of residents in a small space, while also improving the quality of housing. The mod comes in 5 color schemes to suit your taste and choice. Number of floors: 17. The series is distributed in Chelyabinsk.
Your republic will no longer face a housing shortage.
The mod includes two buildings:
- Series_Taganay-1P, population: 102, housing quality: 92%;
- Series_Taganay-2P, population: 204, housing quality: 92%.
