Description:

In the late 1920s, both the US and Soviet Union have a historical workforce ratio of over 55%. However, late game workforce ratio rarely exceeds 45% (25% base value + 15% from women suffrage+ 5% from workers unions).

This mod fixes this by giving the following 5 technologies the effect to increase the workforce ratio by 2%(10% in total):

Era 3: Shift work, Feminism
Era 4: Central planning, War propaganda
Era 5: Antibiotics

This way it is much more likely to reach the historical workforce ratio in the late game. It also helps solving labour shortage. {>_-}
