P.S. If you have error "Engine hunk overflow!", type in "r_hunkalloclightmaps 0" in console. if server won’t start, type same command in server.cfg
Map has AI nodes for striders, flying npc etc.
To fix black-purple reflections/etc. type in mat_specular 0 in console.
