Overview
The Mass-Produced Futami is a CV designed for Reforged Eden 2. It cannot be used outside of RE2.
This ship is based on the Futami gunboat, a prototype designed for use against legacy enemies. It has been redesigned to reduce resource requirements, which are difficult to obtain, and to deliver superior performance in Core 9 mode.

The mass-produced model features improvements over the prototype ship, such as all eight Main Plasma Batteries being housed internally, the warp drive and radar being replaced with more advanced versions, an Alarm Sentry being installed for perimeter surveillance, and an Auto-Maintenance System.
It specializes in using its eight Main Plasma Batteries to target and disable a single point, such as an enemy ship’s core.
It is equipped with no forward armament other than a decoy, and is protected by a frontal armor plate made of combat steel, at least six blocks thick.
The shield is designed to prioritize capacity over recharge speed.
