Changes for now:
- Integration is faster
- New societal value (Strict vs Lenient) for choosing your subject playstyle
- Small changes to societal values
- Decreased the decentralization from vassals to static +0.01/month
- Roads remove 30% cost of terrain and improve market access a bit more
- Changed how great power score is calculated
- Reduced scaling cost of court from being Great Power from +10% to +5%
- Removed some annoying pop-ups
- Moved assimilate area from cultural hegemon to Renaissance advancement (Multiplayer QoL)
- Changed hegemon buffs
- Added new policy for Personal Unions that disables junior partner’s ability to declare other wars than against senior
- Reduced Strength of all subjects modifier
- AI should not declare no-CB wars, be less blobby and target small countries less often. They will still have larger professional armies and be more aggresive than 1.0.9 AI
- Added some more pop conversion and new cabinet action "Promote Religious Unity" to the tech tree
- AI Emperor will use Demand Unlawful Territory against non-member & rivals.
- Reduced price of Demand Unlawful Territory by 50% and the penalty from decline from -10 to -5 prestige
- HRE Emperor gets +0.5 diplomat/month
- Reduced penalty from foreign provinces in Germany region of HRE and from foreign vassals
- AI will slowly remove provinces from HRE if they’re not member
- Buffed coalitions a bit and they change leader to strongest country each month
