Description:

This is a small mod I used myself, with some useful modifications.

1. Players can now play as any faction.

2. All titles are now unlocked for both players and AI.

3. Some faction names and flags have been modified.

4. Player and AI generals no longer have disagreements.

5. The Yellow Turban faction can now marry and set heirs.

6. A "Reset" button has been added to the generals’ interface, allowing skill points to be reset.

7. Upgrading technology and constructing buildings no longer requires resources for both players and AI.

8. Switching between tasks, items, titles, and official positions no longer has a cooldown for both players and AI.

9. The "Loyalty to the Han Dynasty" trait has been removed for Han Dynasty vassal factions; they can now directly declare themselves emperors.

10. Players and AI permanently gain +100 Public Order, -100% Salary, and -100% Corruption.

11. The faction points gained when players and AI advance in rank have increased; becoming king grants 40 points. 12. The maximum number of territories and accompanying items that can be traded in diplomatic treaties between players and AI is now 99.

13. The six gift boxes containing the Flaming Hammer, the Inlaid Gold Imperial Sword, the Northern Army Colonel, and Shi Xie are no longer bound items.

14. Both players and AI can now complete all reforms without cooldown after their first reform attempt (Han faction reforms only).

15. Players and AI generals gain an additional 3 skill points upon reaching level 10; generals can now complete all skills at level 10.

16. Players start with 9 items (unique items, except for the Flaming Hammer, the unique Nanman Armor, the Southern Giant Elephant, the Wooden Deer Bell, and the Northern Army Colonel, have a maximum of 1 each).

17. The annexation of imperial members, cities, and vassals by players and AI no longer reduces diplomatic respect, and all permanent diplomatic respect increases and decreases are now temporary, approaching zero over each turn.

18. Resources of each faction no longer decay over time; Lu Bu’s faction no longer has the "Chaotic Rule" debuff, its arrogance value is locked at the highest, and it automatically completes Zhang Liao’s mission at the start of the game; Liu Biao and Sima Liang’s factions now have a maximum territory limit of 201; Sima Yi’s faction buildings no longer reduce the restoration value.
