More fondness / Less grudges
Small mod I made ages ago. Never released publicly as it was meant to be for my own use only…
Tldr :
– No more 5% of grudges on confederation (because CA didn’t differentiate annexation – which should give grudges – and unification/confederation – which shouldn’t). They kept the number low. I made it 0.
– Releasing Captives now has a 100% chance of forming a fondness. Because there is no reason that employing them should have 100% fondness but releasing them less than that. (I mean it’s very much more gracious to let them go lol)
