Newjoy – Talents & Races Overhaul
I originally created this mod for personal use, but decided to publish it as I am pleased with the result. Please note that the English version was translated using AI, as I am not fluent in the language.
My ‘Talents & Races’ mod completely redesigns ALL talents and specializes the game’s races.
I felt that most original talents lacked impact and utility, so I have not only improved their statistics but also added entirely new mechanical effects.
The most prominent feature is the real-time action command system. An example of this is the ‘block/parry’ mechanic: pressing the action button right before taking a hit executes a counterattack.
However, that is not all. I have added talents with a stack system like ‘Bigger and Stronger’ (killing a target increases damage until death), new class possibilities like ‘Beast Master’ via ‘Animal Friend’ (allows permanent animal recruitment), and ‘Lone Wolf’ can now be used in parties of 2+ members with a new effect.

Mi mod ‘Talents & Races’ rediseña por completo TODOS los talentos y especializa las razas del juego. Pienso que la mayoría de los talentos originales carecían de impacto y utilidad, por lo que no solo he mejorado sus estadísticas, sino que he añadido efectos mecánicos totalmente nuevos.
La novedad más destacada es el sistema de comandos de acción en tiempo real.
Un ejemplo de esto es la mecánica de ‘bloqueo/parry’: si presionas el botón de acción justo antes de recibir un impacto, ejecutarás un contraataque. Pero esto no es lo único.
He agregado talentos con sistema de cargas, como ‘Más grande más fuerte’, que al matar un objetivo te aumenta el daño de forma permanente hasta morir. También he añadido nuevas posibilidades de clases por talentos, como podría ser ‘Amo de bestias’ gracias a ‘Amigo de los animales’ (que permite reclutar animales permanentemente), o ‘Lobo solitario’, que ahora puede usarse incluso en grupos de +2 miembros con un efecto nuevo.
