Description:

I never really liked how you leveled up your psycasters by sitting around all day. Now they can actually practice their psycasts.

This pairs really well with Better autocasting.

Now also allows Settings for passive XP from reserved neural heat and XP popups.

Settings for:
XP per psyfocus cost
XP per neural heat gain
XP per reserve neural heat per day
XP multiplier for meditation
Show XP popups
