3. Redownload the map may it didnt downloaded correctly
4. Check your contents you need various game contents
5. Verify your game cache files

Bugs:
prop_door_rotating has Door model (…mdl) with no door_options! Verify that SKIN is valid, and has a corresponding options block in the model QC file
MDLCache: ….mdl needs to be recompiled
