Populated Cities Redux Lite

If you would prefer a lighter touch as far as Populated Cities Redux NPC citzens go then this is for you. This submod will decrease the number of NPC citizens from an average of 18 per town down to ~ 6. Some smaller towns may have less.
An import is required.
The base mod Populated Cities Redux is required.
Put this mod below Populated Cities Redux.
