TDKillen’s Imrik’s Dragons as Heroes (Trajann’s Version)
This is an updated version of both the original TWW2 mod by TDKillen, and the WH3 port done by JediMasterDraco. The WH3 version hadn’t been updated in a while, and so after some community suggestions, I took it upon myself to make it work again. It’s not a 1:1 copy however, as I wanted to add my own take on the mod. So you’ll notice some differences between versions, but the base blueprint is still there. Of course, a MASSIVE shoutout to both TDKillen for the original mod, and JediMasterDraco for bringing it to WH3. Their hard work provided the base for my version, and it wouldn’t exist without their effort. With that said, let’s break the mod down!
The hero versions replace Imrik’s RoR versions, so they are recruited normally via their respective quest battles. They’ll be added to the Noble recruitment pool upon quest completion.
Like the original mod, each dragon is also a spellcatser, and has access to a lore that makes sense thematically. They also include a martial mastery/prowess replacement. Again, I cannot stress enough how both TD and Jedi laid the groundwork for this mod. I just built off what already existed, while adding my own personal touches. Truthfully, if you’re familiar with the original mod, most of what’s in my version will make sense. All dragons come with a skill dump.
-Shackolot focuses on raw offensive power, has access to the lore of shadows, and his unique buff has incresed melee attack and charge bonus. He also provides buffs to sea monster units, and can manipulate enemy’s morale.
-Bruwor focuses heavily on healing and defensive buffs, has access to the lore of life, and his unique buff adds healing. He buffs ranged units, and cavalry/chariot/war beast style units.
-Lamoureux focuses heavily on defence and speed manipulation, has access to the lore of ice, and his unique buff has incresed defence and ward save. He gains access to a specific mark of chaos, which grants buffs relative to the chosen god.
-Ymwrath focuses heavily on spellcasting and magic damage, has access to the lore of heavens, and his unique buff provides perfect vgour and the dampen contact effect. He can choose to master an additional lore of magic.
-Gordinar focuses on fire maipulation and AOE damage, has access to the lore of fire, and his unique buff gives units AOE damage. He can also grant his entire army a unique rebirth effect and flaming attacks.
