Jaggid’s Custom Research Speeds
Allows you to adjust the rate at which research points are generated via mod options. The game default is 1/2 hour per research point, which is 50 in the mod options. Lower values are faster research. 5=3 minutes per research point.
Changing this also impacts observation times, as that is just research done in the field.
