1990s P46M apartments
This mod proposes a set of highrise apartments belonging to a variant of the P-46M as is prominently built in Zelenograd, Moscow region. I’m aware such a mod already exists, but I was too eager to make it as well, and opted for the variant with a different design of the stairwells.
There are 8 buildings in the package, some with 9 stories, some with 14. The various configurations I modded were selected somewhat arbitrarily, based on my whims. Living quality is 90pc. Accommodation goes from 63 to 472. Buildings are collisionless.
The pedestrian connections of the corner entrances require a little jiggling to place, but work well except for when another building is placed to extend the block in the direction of the corner.
Like usual with some of my mods, I included an infrastructure item that allows pedestrians to use the passage that’s built in 2 of the buildings.
NB: due to an unfortunate ♥♥♥♥-up in blender which I didn’t manage to fully fix, the buildings 5 to 7 do not follow the usual construction phases I set for most buildings, but I took the time to make sure the overall price tags remained consistent.
A couple of skins should be made in the near future, and perhaps a few shops in similar tile style.
