Obnoxious Headshot and Impact Sounds

This addon introduces violent bullet feedback, with the addition of 28 uniquely awful headshot death screams!
Additionally, it also features armored hit sounds when shooting players, providing extra feedback to PVP combat!

Don’t expect much more from this, as its just a personal mod I ported from CS:S over to GMod for TTT.
Console Variables:
- sv_obnoxioushitsounds (Toggles all functionality)
- sv_obnoxioushitsounds_npcs (Toggles functionality for NPCs)
- sv_obnoxioushitsounds_killsounds (Fatal headshot death sounds)
Known Issues:
- General detection is handled on the server, which may not be very performant.
- Shotgun headshot kills may cause no death sounds to play, or multiple at once depending on damage.
- Some weapons don’t cause kill sounds with VJ Base NPCs.
