Auto Recruit Soldiers
Mod Features:
– Auto recruits troops when entering a town/village.
– Auto recruits troops when waiting in a town/village.
– Available troops will be recruited into your party even if other AI parties are waiting in the town/village.
– Prioritizes recruits troops into player clan parties when leading an army.
– Small benefit of always recruiting all available troops so you won’t leave any behind.
– This mod only recruits troops that would be available/unlocked in the Recruit window.
Configuration:
– Has a setting to enable/disable the mod. Might be useful to disable the mod early game if you want more control over your party and then reenable the mod mid game when you want to save clicks (or after a lost battle)
– Set a minimum gold amount needed before the mod will auto recruit troops
– Allows you to enable auto recruiting mercenaries from Town Taverns
Future Enhancements?
Let me know if anyone wants these features if you have other ideas.
– Recruit troops from attached villages when entering/waiting in a town
– Add settings to only auto recruit troops from certain cultures
– Add a setting to only auto recruit elite troops
– Add a setting to only recruit tier 1 troops (for non elite) to avoid recruiting troops that have gone down an undesirable upgrade path
