Description:

Based on OzWolf’s Universe Bounty Mod. This version is compatible with Hebrux’ Higher Org Cap And Max Attribute (50) mod, allowing the councilor UI to increase attributes to 50.

I have not tested this without the Org Cap/Max Attribute mod, so installation should probably be avoided if that mod is not in use.
