天朝选举制度 (Celestial Elective Succession)
简单增加了头衔可用的天朝选举制度，类似于封建选举制，比头衔低一到两级的封臣可以参加。融合了朋党机制，可以在选举的时候增加对同朋党以及党首的投票倾向。不知道未来是否能做到议会制的效果。
Added a Celestial Elective succession law for titles, similar to Feudal Elective. Vassals one or two ranks below the title holder can participate. This integrates a movement mechanism, increasing voting inclination towards movement members and their leaders during elections.
