A new economy explosives man. A probationary member, Skitz is a bargain basement explosives man with a history of delinquent and troublesome antisocial behavior. Skitz has no formal training and learned most of his skills from the Anarchist Cookbooks and other underground publications. Some have surmised that Skitz has stood too close to too many explosions and has suffered some degree of lasting brain trauma. On a more positive note, he is definitely one of the least discriminating members on file.
