Haulline Kortex
The Haulline Kortex is a storage ship designed to be ultra-efficient. It is very economical to build, giving you a lot of cargo space without using up much expensive building materials.
Its main goal is to save you Steel, Coils, and Hypercoils so you can spend those resources on your combat ships instead of your storage ships.
Experimental Centralized Design
The ship uses a unique layout that places all essential systems (hyperdrive, reactor, thrusters, crew quarters) in the center.
– Reactor is placed directly against the engine, so crew travel time is almost zero.
– The two hyperdrives are only 2 meters and 3 meters away from the reactor, allowing a jump charge in only 35 seconds.
With such short walking distances, one crew member can do the work of many. This is why the ship runs perfectly with only 8 people.
Hyperdrive Efficiency
Because of the special oval shape, the hyperdrive covers the ship extremely well, reaching 94% efficiency.
– Jump 40 km using only 14 Hyperium.
– Max jump range: 240 km.
Oval Hull Shape
The oval hull makes high efficiency possible without extra expensive hyperdrives. It saves weight and money.
Speed Standard
At 90.1 m/s, the Kortex is fast enough to stay with your main fleet so your resources are never left behind.
Note: While it is fast, it is not invincible. Some ships can still catch it. Use its speed to stay safe behind your main fleet.
Tip: The hull includes a place to install a Crew Barrack. If you need faster resource transfer, install a barrack and load surplus crew here.
The Haulline series is actively supported and updated. (LTS)
Note: This is a one-person project (with a bit of help from GPT since I’m not very good with English). Updates might be slow sometimes, but I always read your feedback.
Rate it, favorite it, and drop a comment. Let me know how it runs in your fleet, I read all of it.
