Briefing:
At 0100 today, we recieved a call from a terrified student at Nowhere City High, claiming that armed men wearing tactical gear and wielding assault weapons had stormed the building’s east wing. We later managed to establish communications with the gunmen, finding out they are holding 8 other people hostage, demanding $700K in ransom. We are unsure of their motives, but we are not letting these "bullies" take our lunch money and the lives of these people.
Move in and rescue any survivivors of this ordeal.
According to the student who made the call, who is hiding in a bathroom and we’re maintaining contact with, the suspects are well-armed and organized. Whoever we’re dealing with, it’s not just some other local gang. Most of the people who were in the building have been evacuated, with one teacher having unfortunately been caught while trying to escape, and shot dead. The suspects seem more than willing to remove their bargaining chips off the table completely if they believe their little operation is being put at risk. We have a sniper overlooking the area as well, though he’s only able to see the cafeteria due to the lack of a good vantage point.
