Fake Tree Sway
Adds fake tree sway to foliage such as trees and shrubs using a material proxy method.
Meaning they will appear to move as if windy.

Notes:
This effect is quite subtle.
Some swaying textures will appear stretched.
EP2 trees share a trunk/leaves texture and thus the entire texture moves, there is no fix for this.
Supersampling might help the graininess of the alpha.
