More Powerful Tribes
Makes Tribes estate like x100 more powerful power-share and local tax share wise. Will probably make playing very tribal countries harder, as you may have to actually tax the Tribes now.
The numbers seem insane, but if anything they may be too small, tribes had less than half the power of PEASANTS per pop, but tell me how it feels anyways.
The new numbers are: 0.5 power per pop, 2.5 tax (share) per pop
Should be compatible with absolutely everything.
