Incentivize Migration & Expel Culture
Have you always wanted to send pops abroad through migrations? Now you can!
This mod adds two cabinet actions:
– You can now expel culture from newly conquered provinces to any other province within your colonial reach
– You can migrate pops to any other province within colonial reach, for example to spread your own culture abroad and use their presence as a roleplay casus belli to conquer that territory
Might add area based cabinet actions as well at some point, once I’ve got a better understanding at modding EU5.
