Dirty Episodic Combine Tech
After some good time, I finally decided to finish this
Basically edits most of the combine tech you’d see in the outside areas to have a dirty overlay.
This includes:

– City Scanner
– Dropship Carrier
– Headcrab Cannister
– Rollermine

Misc. Changes:
– Added alien and human blood to some props (Dropship Carrier, Barricades, Thumpers…)
– Fixed the Nova Prospekt Thumper’s glow
