Simple Film Grain Effect
filmgrain effect like those in l4d2.
What is this?
Filmgrain is often used as a visual effect to emulate the appearance of film photography or to enhance the atmosphere and immersion of a game. It can add a sense of grittiness, realism, or cinematic quality to the graphics.
I’m happy with the final result, it won’t be 100% the same as the one in l4d2, but it’s pretty good.
How to
Q menu > PostProcess tab > Shaders > Film Grain
