Description:
The mod contains both DIRECT and INDIRECT fire variants for each vehicle.
UPDATES

Feb 8: Fixed all reported bugs with the Direct Fire variants.

IMPORTANT! the range has been tweaked to best fit Ravenfield maps as opposed to using the real life one since it’s way too large and would be pointless since no Ravenfield map is 8km+ big.

PROJECT HELL LET RAVEN
This is a WW2 themed project aimed to bring some semi-milsim vehicles, turrets, maps and possibly weapons to Ravenfield. It differs from existing WW2 projects like the WW2 Collection by having traditionally immersion-focused/milsim qualities, such as:

  • Impact Decals
  • Loud 3d worldspace audio
  • Values and statistics tailored for long range combat.

This project was initially created thanks to the release of mods such as PAIO and Haven Mod that vastly improve AI, making milsim-esque engagements quite dynamic and finally enjoyable.

sIG 33

Stats:

  • Max Range: 4,7 kilometres.
  • Min Range: 300 metres.
  • Ammo: 15cm HE rounds.

"The 15 cm sIG 33 (schweres Infanteriegeschütz 33, lit. "heavy infantry gun") was the standard German heavy infantry gun used during Second World War. It was the largest weapon ever classified as an infantry gun by any nation. The sIG 33 was rather heavy for its mission, and it was redesigned in the late 1930s to incorporate light alloys. This saved about 150 kg (330 pounds), the outbreak of war forced the return to the original design before more than a few hundred were made, as the Luftwaffe had a higher priority for light alloys. A new carriage, made entirely of light alloys, was tested around 1939, but was not accepted for service."
