[PM/Ragdoll/NPC] Akittu’s Stylized Expie

I may have gone a bit too hard on this port ngl, I tried to give it as many features as the vrchat version as possible
Features (just watch the gif previews lol)
-4K textures (mind the file size)
-(Some) face posing
-Finger posing
-A lot of jigglebones
-Accurate collision model and hitboxes
-Very customizable
-NPCs (you can find them in the "Wemi" section)
-Some other minor things (like helper bones)
-(1/16/2026): Update! Now with colorable eyes variants + colorable AND glowing tail tip!
