White Horse Lancers
This adds a new medium shock cavalry to the game. They can only be trained by Vanguards once they have reached level 6. The White Horse Lancers have a stat line that blends the Lance Cavalry and White Horse Fellows.
I liked the idea of more units being unlocked when generals reached a higher level but was disappointed when only the Strategist and Champion had this feature. I have already made a unit for the Sentinel and plan to make one for the Commander.
When I saw the White Horse Fellow Raiding Party military infrastructure building it gave me the idea to make a cavalry unit that everyone could get then based on the White Horse riders. I also thought it would be nice to have another mid-late game unit that isn’t heavily armoured. This is my first take on making costs and stats myself. I didn’t want them to be too strong or too weak and felt like I hit a good balance.
I’d like to thank deema again for giving me permission to use some of their work. I took a lot of inspiration from their mods and they got me interested in my making my own units. If you haven’t, you should check out deema’s mods. They are amazing!
