WoC souls per turn from dark fortresses

This mod grants souls per turn to the dark fortress building chain.
For all the the Warriors of Chaos (WoC) factions.
Because WoC need a lot of souls, and most other factions get all or some of their unique resource from buildings.
This is not OP because you will still need lots of souls from other means, this mod just gives a small reserve per turn.
Lorewise i should think that dark fortresses attract followers that are willing (or not) to give their souls to the dark masters.
+ Yes, but removing it mid playthrough will probably make your game crash.
