Court action dilemma bugfix
Fixes the "You cannot perform Court actions while there is an active dilemma" bug.
The base game mistakenly blocks Court actions whenever the Advisor shows up, even if there’s no actual dilemma active. Worse, the Advisor’s internal state doesn’t reset properly after speaking, so the block persists until you reload the game.
This mod fixes that.
- Court actions are only blocked if there’s an actual unresolved dilemma.
Note:
- This bug shows up within the first few turns of a new game. It took just a couple of hours to locate and fix.
- Players have reported it to Creative Assembly since September 2024, that is, nine months ago.
So here’s my message:
Do not buy CA games or DLCs
A studio that ships games in a sloppy state, and then abandons them ignoring core issues, is not worth supporting
They do not deserve your money.
