Description:

A modern office building located in a small city setting. Each floor 1-3 includes:

-Plenty of space for large teams
-Public vending machines and water cooler
-Leasable canteen/bathroom/kitchen area
-Public restrooms

The top floor includes a leasable meeting room and a leasable founder’s office with reception.

The starting rental is the top left room and lead office on the first floor. (the one with the triangle bit)

NOTE: Restroom set and beverage vending machine are required!
