[WOTC] Mute Radio Chatter
Tiny mod that mutes the persistent unintelligeble radio chatter that can be heard in the background while on Geoscape, as well as in Resistance Ring and Resistance Comms facilities.
REQUIREMENTS
None.
Can be safely added or removed mid campaign.

Should be compatible with everything.
