Enhanced NPC Materials
The last on my list of enhanced things! Most of what you need to know are on the previews since surprise surprise not a lot of steam users like to read!
Anywho, things I’d also like to mention about this mod is that I sorta did try to make the corpse textures look "dirtier", by that I mean I used parts from the refugee textures because of how clean they originally looked, they also work on an RNG code so now they change in every map you load into!
The APC is fully reskin compatible, the gun’s textures no longer break when you try out other apc texture mods! And another thing I didn’t mention is that metrocops have a reworked normalmap based on the half life alyx model, their vests are bumper AND their masks have a more metallic shine to it!
As a bonus, I also completely reworked BOTH the old and new advisor model’s materials depending on which one you prefer most, although it’s sorta a win-win if you’re just someone that don’t care about the visual inconsistency between them in base HL2 and Episode 1
