basically, HECU styled Combine, shotgunners have a 50% chance of being in the Dave Fanclub (you’ll know when you see it) (they get kicked out of the club upon death)
and Prison Guards are Military Police,
there’s no Zombine textures like with most of my Combine retextures since I’m a lazy bum rn.
I just wanted to expand upon the Dave Fanclub by surrounding the club members with their kin, The… eh… I can’t think of anything clever for this full HECU/Combine abomination.

It is of note through mysterious circumstances all of them are like, very slightly greener than the original dave fanclub texture for some reason, I did not do that on purpose.
