All special buildings enabled LOTR RIE
This mod re-enables all special buildings for Lotr:Realms in Exile and has been compatched for the following submods: Eriador Expanded, Elves of Darkness, More Dwarven Special Buildings, and Numenor Submod. Note this mod does not enable anyone to contruct said buildings, only that they will always be enabled.
Note: MUST load after all other submods.
