Compatibility patch for Private Sector Construction and Realms of Exether. Adds RoE resources to the construction sector production methods, and adds RoE weight reduction PMs to the construction sector.

This mod is compatible with 1.11.*
Can be installed mid game, and removed safely.
Affects everyone including the AI.
