Description:

The objective of this mod is to simulate how nations would make an effort to migrate a certain quantity of their people to non-native lands. Sometimes for colonization, sometimes to put them in top positions. Here, I tried to make it somewhat costly, so you cant just spam primary cultures elsewhere, with production methods that transfer more people as tech evolves. If the game was to implement this formally, it would be nice to do it in a more thoughtful way, where you could focus migration, and even need the presence of primary cultures in unincorporated states to make your primary culture less radical.

This is my attempt to solve how badly thought out colonization is in the game currently, as I have talked about in the forum below.

And in case this isn’t obvious: although colonization is bad, this was something that happened at the time and the game should simulate somehow. And most importantly, this is a map-painting game.
