Syrian Civil War:
New/Updated Nations: The Syrian Arab Republic is now the Syrian caretaker government, i also added the Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria and both are currently at war at the start of the scenario
Islamic Resistance Front in Syria & Syrian Popular Resistance Influence Zones is now a nation representing the influence zones of the IRFS and SPR in syria, they arent at war with syria but you can make that happen
and last nation is Syrian National Army and Turkish Occupation which is a puppet of the republic of turkey and isnt at war with syria
Updated some nations names and starting money, nations like, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Nothern Ireland, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Faroe Islands Etc had their starting money/name Updated
i Added some forts in Kaliningrad Oblast border with Poland and Lithuania and forts in the Finnish-Russian Border
