Blue Archive:Tendo Kei Leads Millennium Science School
When a district in a city heals its health or city walls, 10% of the healing amount advances the city’s [ICON_PRODUCTION] Production progress and the player’s [ICON_SCIENCE] Research queue. This effect can be amplified by additive percentage bonuses.
Cities with a Millennium Campus can undertake the special project Tackle the Millennium Problems (up to 7 times). Upon completing all 7 projects, all [ICON_TechBoosted] Eurekas are granted.
Possesses the Game Development Department trait. Starts with the unique unit Tendo Kai. Each time a Technology or Civic is completed, Tendo Kai gains +1 Combat Strength, +1 Ranged Strength, and +1 Anti-Air Strength, up to a maximum of 150.
Unlocks the Games and Recreation Civic at the start of the game. The Millennium Campus gains a Culture adjacency bonus from the city’s [ICON_Amenities] Amenities.
The unique district of the Millennium Academy of Science, replacing the Campus. It has a lower production cost that does not scale with Technologies, and features district defense with a maximum health of 700, starting at only 200 health.
Building the first Millennium Campus unlocks the Mathematics Technology and allows the city to undertake the Tackle the Millennium Problems project.
Adjacency Bonuses:
– +0.5 Great Scientist Points from each working citizen in adjacent range. (From 3 rings)
– +0.5 Science from each district in adjacent range. (From 3 rings)
– +1% District Science modifier for every 1% of the district’s remaining health.
– +10 Repair Aura from each citizen working in the district itself.
– +1% Millennium Experiment Amplification for each Technology owned by the player.
– +7% Millennium Experiment Amplification for each proven Millennium Problem solved by this district.
– +7 Production for each Future Technology level.
– +1% Eureka Boost for each Great Scientist used.
– +7% Great Scientist Points modifier. (Millennium Tower)
– +1 Culture from each point of [ICON_Amenities] Amenity in the city. (Game Development Department)
The unique building of the Millennium Academy of Science, which can only be built once. Increases the number of uses for all [ICON_GreatScientist] Great Scientists by 1, and all Millennium Campuses in the nation provide a +7% [ICON_GreatScientist] Great Scientist Points modifier.
While this project is active, 77% of the [ICON_PRODUCTION] Production invested each turn is converted to [ICON_GOLD] Gold, and a random defensive district in the city loses 7 to 77 health.
Upon completion, all Millennium Campuses gain +7% Millennium Experiment Amplification. Completing all 7 projects grants all [ICON_TechBoosted] Eurekas.
Ignores movement penalties from hills, terrain features, and rivers. Line of sight is not blocked by forests, rainforests, hills, or mountains.
After unlocking the Shipbuilding Technology, ignores movement penalties when entering ocean tiles and can attack and move on water.
Grants +5 Combat Strength and +1 Movement to units within 2 tiles. This effect does not stack with Great Generals or Great Admirals.
