[REP(+)] IBS Rework
Works with Repentance or Repentance+
This mod reworks the IBS item, making IBS a less annoying and more controllable item. Instead of activating immediatly, Isaac leaves a "pickup" on the ground, and only pickung it up will trigger the IBS effect.
