THIS IS A RAGDOLL, NOT A PLAYERMODEL NOR AN NPC.
Hey, it’s Chuck Greene from Dead Rising 2! The one with an actual posable face and is featured on Moments with Heavy – Heavy’s Retarded Holiday! this was one of the unfortunate addons that never got reuploaded to the workshop from garrysmod.org, but thanks to an archive by Darkok[darkok.xyz] I was able to get the original model, and now it is properly preserved in the workshop!
