Count Bleck & Tippi
Count Bleck and Tippi join the Rivals of Aether Workshop!

Count Bleck is an all-around versatile fighter with several tools to fit different styles of play. Whether it be using projectiles and spells, commanding Tippi from a distance, or fighting together as one up close. Press and hold down special to switch between Sync’d and Desync’d mode to change Bleck’s moveset to counter your opponent!
Mana Bar
Bleck has a mana resource that starts out empty and passively fills up, as well as filling up whenever he lands a hit. However, when Desync’d, Bleck’s passive gain is halted. Additionally, all mana is lost upon death. You’ll need Mana to perform certain actions like using Sync’d Side Special, charging up your Up Special and using Summons.
(Held) Down Special: Style Switch
Bleck tilts his hat and switches between Sync’d or Desync’d mode, changing the properties of several move and allowing him to control Tippi. Furthermore, while in Desync’d mode, by crouching and holding the parry button, you can directly control and attack with Tippi.

Neutral Special: Dark Scepter
Bleck has a chargeable neutral special with four charge levels. Pressing parry while charging will store the charge.

Charge one is a Mario-like fireball, charge two is a fireball that is unaffected by gravity, charge three is a multi-hit black hole, and the fourth and final charge is a powerful projectile that changes depending on if you are Sync’d or Desync’d. (Make sure not to miss!)
When Desync’d, Tippi can interact with these projectiles by making contact with them, with the exception of the fourth charge.
(Sync’d) Side Special: Dimensional Flip
Bleck spends mana to teleport forwards to a location in front of him. It can be angled slightly up and down, and he is invulnerable while doing it.

(Desync’d) Side Special: Tippi Thoreau
Tippi sends Thoreau forward and grabs anything in its way. If it the grab connects, it sends the opponent towards Bleck.

(Tap) Down Special: Tippi Shine
Bleck snaps his finger and Tippi envelops herself in energy. A quick move that can be done in both Sync’d and Desync’d mode.

Up Special: Count’s Liftoff
Bleck takes to the skies and flies a short distance. Holding the special button will expend mana to increase the range of this move and add a hitbox to it.

Spells
Bleck has 3 spells he can perform while Desync’d by pressing Neutral Special + Down + Parry and having one, two or three charges of Neutral Special charged up.
Summons
By pressing Taunt (with no input direction), Bleck can open a menu and spend mana to summon one of his trusty minions to aid him in battle.

Dimentio
Dimentio appears and grants Bleck four uses of Explosive Cage, which replaces tippi shine while the charges are held (shown as numbered bookmarks on the Dark Prognosticus).

The cage attempts to trap the opponent and fires off several explosions dealing fire damage. Bleck can trap himself inside too, but the explosions do not harm him. The cages count as terrain, and Bleck loses all charges of this ability upon death.
Nastasia: Nastasia appears and stuns everything in a small radius around her for a moment.
Mimi: She flips in and summons waves of red rupees on both sides of her that extend across the stage.
O’Chunks: O’Chunks jumps forward and grabs an opponent. If it connects, he jumps upwards and performs a backbreaker, before striking his signature pose and leaving.
Mr. L: Mr. L is the most expensive summon. When summoned, he calls down his Bro Bot at his location for an explosive finish, granting excelent area denial.
Tips & Tricks
Forward Tilt and Down Tilt are two-part attacks that require a second press of the button to be finished. However, the first part of both can be jump cancelled on hit.
Bleck has a float, and both him and Tippi have a rapid jab and a gentleman’s jab.
While controlling Tippi manually (crouch + hold parry), you can press A + B to perform her dash attack. And on the topic of dash attacks, Bleck’s own dash attack is jump cancellable while Desync’d.
If you hold a direction when pressing taunt, you will actually taunt without opening the summons menu, and the taunt can be extended for as long as you hold down the button.
