Dreadnaught Relics and the Tactical Roster
a sub-mod for Thrawn’s Revenge 3.5.1
This sub-mod adds several new sectors to the Full Galaxy Large Progressive map and also severly restricts Imperial Faction rosters. However, you can capture sector shipyards to unlock ships and increase your fleet if you get to Influence Level 7 (build Infrastructure). Locate on the map by sector description to plan out your advance and gain access to available ship designs. Proliferation of ship designs are severely limited so keeping a specific sector may be key to your strategy. This mod is intended for Imperial playthoughs for added diversity or enchanced struggle, including Imperial Minor Warlords.
Game Mechanics:
Each Dreadnought Shipyard can build 1 Mandator that is unique to that shipyard location at Influence Level 7, if it is destroyed… you can rebuild it. There are some other bonus dreadnoughts sprinkled across the galaxy that work in the same way, so keep your eye out for them. All units are unlockable by Influence level listed in the Planet Bonus Description.
Many of the Galactic Corporation structures can be built to assist in the fleet building. Special infantry forces and equipment can also be unlocked.
Rebels, Hutts, EotH, and CIS will also get access to the Mandators and some (few) other ships as well. Since Hapans already have boarding shuttles they do not get access to much with exception of the Mandator I’s, they can simply capture capitals like their default ability.
Mandators, Quasars, Escort Carriers, Super Transports, and a few other "Carriers" have had their star fighter deployment increased for greater value.
Progressive Map 4 BBY is currently done and playable. 6 BBy is playable, and being worked on. Avoid other eras for the moment.
Copero, Thomork, Foerost, Moonus Mandel, Mustafar, Deko Neimoidia, and Tepasi has been added to the map
