Fix Noble Family Succession
Introduction
Currently within the game, if a Noble Family title is inherited by a character with a different government type (This can be common, since your primary heir can sometimes become a vassal or courtier of a foreign realm), the title will be wrongfully destroyed.
This Mod fixes that.
