Description:

Raise Troops for a thousand Days, and Use them for a While (Pro Version)

Detailed Change Log
1.Emcampment matches Land Army, Harbor matches Navy, Aerodrome matches Air Force.
2.District itself provides +2 Exp (Aerodrome is +1), each building in district provides +1 extra Exp.
3.With the unit upgrading, it would gain less Exp from district:
Level (Promotion Times) Exp Depoint
1 -2
2 -3
3 -4
4 -5
4.Units born with promotion enjoy -1 level Exp-Depoint (eg. They can enjoy a maximum +5 Exp until 45 Exp).

Advantages
1.Units that can not apply Exp will NO LONGER gain Exp from those districts for no reason.
2.Mismatched units will NO LONGER gain Exp from certain district (eg. Man-at-arm can not gain Exp from Harbor).
3.Incomplete district will NO LONGER provide Exp, Pillaged district or building will NO LONGER provide Exp.
4.Units that was Commanded in this turn will NO LONGER gain Exp.
5.(My Own Perspective) Compared to the original forever +2 Exp design, this version allows units to quickly upgrade in districts with more buildings at low levels, which is less tasteless for PVP. And it makes up for the shortage of 3’Victor (Please give me 5 3’Victors if possible lol!)
