Colossal World
Increases all world sizes to 21120 tiles, which is 60% larger than huge. Based on the original Larger than Huge map mod. This mod tweaks some of the world generation settings to fit the colossal size better.
FEATURES:
- 60% larger map size.
- Strategic and luxury resources have been increased in quantity to keep up with the map size.
- Base natural wonder count is now 15 on normal and 30 on abundant, which is every possible wonder in the game.
- Landmarks increased to 20.
- Doubled all global pollution thresholds.
- More land territory size options up to 90 tiles.
- Increased Philosophy tech city cap to +2.
NOTES:
- You should probably still select the "huge" world size setting because I don’t know if the other settings could influence factors other than map size in world generation. This game has a very weird world gen system and I don’t fully understand.
- The Philosophy city cap was increased to allow civs to expand more in the early-mid game, otherwise the colossal map would have large portions of unsettled space.
- I recommend playing with "crowded" independent people presence if you want a good number to spawn.
- I also recommend playing with "normal" resource amount settings. "Abundant" has some weird generation properties.
