[Crescent Line] Leader: Verne
Huh? No way… Crescent Line, how could you shut down? I just got a new character……. Sigh……. This is my 33rd Civilization VI mod. I’ve tried my best with the balance, hoping you all have a great experience while playing.
This mod adds a new civilization (Yharnam) and a new leader (Verne).
If you encounter any issues while playing this mod, please contact me. It’s very important to me!
Civilization Ability: "Utopia"
Cannot produce Settlers. All yields of non-capital cities are reduced by 100%. Each population in cities with less than 10 population provides 0.5 Science and Production. When a Eureka is triggered, the capital’s current production progress advances by 18%.
Upon completing technology research or city production (excluding buildings), gain Equivalent Labor Points equal to 18% of their cost.
Leader Ability: The Primary Productive Force
Can conduct additional technology research through a special panel, ignoring prerequisite technologies. If the researched technology is the same as the currently studied one, its additional research speed is reduced by 50%. When a Eureka is triggered, advances this additional technology by 17%.
Additional Tech Research Interface
Can copy districts and wonders outside the capital’s territory (outer ring) or beyond 3 tiles by consuming Equivalent Labor Points through a special panel. Can only copy districts already built in the capital or unlocked wonders not owned by the capital, with a production cost less than 1000. Ignores all construction requirements, quantity/era limits during copying. After copying, the tile is incorporated into the capital’s territory. (Districts built this way cannot be repaired manually; they are only repaired uniformly at the start of a turn by consuming Equivalent Labor Points).
Copy District/Wonder Interface

Thanks to AWAW for taking the time to test this mod despite being busy.
Fixed an issue where purchased units would disappear.
Fixed an issue where repeatedly triggering Eureka could not advance additional research progress.
What? You’re saying……… sigh, Crescent Line was a good game, it’s just a shame it shut down so suddenly.
